Adele and Steph to earn their hot tubs today
Today is the first day of the cold water swimming championships which take place in Latvia.
The only hot thing on show in Jurmala, Latvia will be the 122 heats which start at 10:00 local and continue every three minutes, concluding at 15:40.
Best of luck to today's Serpentine SC swimmers, Adele Duperouzel and Steph Cox who will both swim the 25m breastroke.
Adele, competing in the 30 to 39 year age group, is in heat 37 which starts at 11:48 local time. Riga, the capital, is two hours ahead of London.
Steph will be the only woman in her heat for those in the 40-44 age group. Perhaps it was a typo that she is not in the women's heats?
Her race is scheduled to start at 15:00 local time.
