Temporary swimming ban in the Serpentine

Water treatment of the Serps will stop swimming 28th Feb to 2nd MarchSWIMMING PROHIBITED TUESDAY 28 FEBRUARY - FRIDAY 2 MARCH
The club have been informed that the Royal Parks' contractors will be undertaking water treatment works in the lake next week. Swimming will be prohibited from Tuesday 28 February to Friday 2 March, inclusive.
Obviously this will inconvenience a number of you, but the improvement in quality will be of long term benefit to us all.
Please will you comply with the instruction and not cause the Serpentine Swimming Club any embarrassment by entering the water during these dates.
